Who are we?
Lynette G Shopping Mall is a Shopping, Product and Services Search Directory, in that we offer nearly 3,000 Retailers and Manufacturers who are
looking to offer their products and services to you. Lynette G Online Shopping has been on the Internet since 1996.
Just as a Shopping Mall Landlord charges Retailers rent for their shops, we are paid by
the Advertiser on a commission basis only, on goods sold. We are a small family team, and are seeking to provide an easy shopping environment for customers.
Many Search Engines are now charging their Advertisers fees for higher placements, allowing only the bigger Advertisers who can afford these extra costs, which the customer pays for,
to be shown to you first. We DO NOT CHARGE FEES, thereby giving you, the customer a complete choice of both large and small, family and niche businesses relating
to your search.
How many products are there and how do you get them?
We source our information from a number of major databases, through which we have permission via affiliation and service agreements. This
gives us access to over 20 Million products, i.e. we have over 1 Million Sheet Music titles, plus, just for music and video, the databases
of Amazon.com, NBCShop, J&R Music World, Jamster, CBSShop and Buy.com
Why does you have 3 Search Engines?
After Hurricane IKE in 2008 , we lost a lot of information and equipment through storm and building damage, which took us off-line for nearly 3 weeks.
We now use 3 different sites for both Raw Data Feeds and Generated Page Templates to present products to you and store information in both USA and Australia. So if one system fails
the other is still operating. 2 x systems are used for world shopping, 1 x is used for
Australian only shopping
"XXXXX does match any product" but advertisers show below these comments?
Because we source from different databases , one may say "does not match product" but a second database
will appear below with suppliers or with "special offers".
Why does Lynette G have an Australian web address?
Easy, we live here, but the majority of our Advertisers are either US, Australian or European businesses. You are not buying from Lynette G, but
directly from the Advertiser.
Who am I buying from?
Every purchase made is made directly with the Retailer or Advertiser, using the Retailers own secure transaction payment system.
Lynette G has no access to any email, banking, credit, payment or personal details given by you to the Advertiser. Each Advertiser has provided secure, online transaction facilities, as indicated by the locked padlock on each payment page.

Isn't it cheaper to buy direct from the Retailers own site?
All products, prices and ordering systems displayed in the Lynette G Shopping Mall are the Advertisers prices, and updated by
the Advertiser or Lynette G. What Lynette G Shopping Mall offers is the choice for customers to find Retailers who sell your product and compare pricing, shipping costs, products etc.
If Lynette G is paid a commission, isn't that passed on to the customer?
All costs involved in running a business are eventually passed on to the customer. Think of any business that employs staff to serve the customer, staff costs are
fixed costs, e.g. weekly wages, rent, insurances etc which have to be covered whether goods are sold or not. Our Commission is our wage, and is only paid on a sale, therefore, we are actually
better for businesses, particularly smaller businesses who cannot afford large costs.
If I wish to purchase the same product again and I buy directly from the Retailer, does Lynette G get paid
NO, WE DON'T - Please, please, please, if re-purchasing, do so through our sites as each purchase has our individual Lynette G coding.
What if I have a query about products, pricing etc?
All enquiries must be forwarded direct to Retailer. As stated above, all transactions are between you, the customer, and the Retailer
Who is in the Mall?
We have many major and small Retailers and Brand names in the Shopping Mall. Many Advertisers from Australia, Europe, UK and USA,
Access to millions of products. All transaction details are via secure online systems provided by the Retailer.
Can't Find your Product?
Use either the Advertisers own Search Page or Lynette G Site Search Box( the one on the top right or or at the bottom of the page). When you use Lynette G Site Search Box, your search is recorded and we constantly monitor search queries to ensure
you can find your product next time. If not found, we will have a record of which products customers want.
Do All the Advertisers ship Internationally?
NOT ALL Some advertisers only ship locally. We have Advertisers from around the world, not just one country.
Customers should check delivery status and any shipping costs
from Advertisers 'checkout' pages. We encourage customers to email advertisers directly as sometimes the Advertiser will try to work out a delivery for you.
Will Lynette G annoy me with unwanted email?
NO We get junk email too, so we no longer do any e-mailouts, nor do we keep addresses of emails sent
to us. We inform our customers of Advertisers specials by Banners appearing on the bottom of the pages and by the Specials & Coupons Page.
(This a big page as we show all specials on offer). To limit the specials to just the type of product you seek, use the
search box and type in product type. e.g sports, perfume etc.
